Warranty

Skyway Terrace strap furniture includes the following limited coverage:

• Aluminum frame: 5 years against breakage or structural failure during normal use.
• Powder-coated finish: 5 years against cracking, peeling or blistering.
• Vinyl straps: 3 years against strap breakage or rivets pulling out of the frame.
  

Vinyl fading or discoloration caused by sunlight, sunscreen, cleaners, solvents, chemicals or body oils is not covered.

Our sling furniture includes the following limited coverage:

• Aluminum frame: 5 years against structural failure or breakage during normal use.
• Powder-coated finish: 5 years against cracking, peeling or blistering.
• Phifertex® sling fabric: 3-year limited warranty.
• SlingWeave vinyl-coated fabric: 3-year limited warranty.
  

Fabric coverage applies when the material becomes unusable because of loss of dimensional stability, mildew, rot, sunlight or normal atmospheric exposure.

Gradual fading, staining, improper cleaning, chemical damage, installation damage and damage caused by outside objects are not covered.

Skyway Terrace patio tables include the following limited coverage:

• Aluminum frame: 5 years against breakage or structural failure during normal use.
• Powder-coated frame finish: 5 years against cracking, peeling or blistering.
• Aluminum punch tabletops: 3 years.
  

Fiberglass and acrylic tabletops are not covered under this warranty.

Fading, discoloration, chemical damage, misuse and damage caused by severe weather or natural disasters are excluded.

7-Year Limited Warranty

Marine-grade, solution-dyed acrylic fabrics, including qualifying Sunbrella®, Outdura and Recasens fabrics, may include up to 7 years of coverage against:

• Loss of normal fabric characteristics
• Rot and mildew
• Loss of colorfastness under normal conditions
  

Proper installation, maintenance, use and storage are required.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Selected upholstery-grade umbrella fabrics may include up to 5 years of limited coverage.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Qualifying umbrella models may include 3 years of coverage for:

• Structural frame defects
• Selected aluminum mast powder-coated finishes
• Chipping, peeling, flaking or bubbling of covered finishes
  

2-Year Limited Warranty

Selected crank and auto-tilt mechanisms may include 2 years of coverage against manufacturing defects.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Selected umbrella frames may include 1 year of coverage against manufacturing defects affecting the pole, runner, notch or structural frame components.

Skyway Terrace warranties do not cover damage resulting from:

• Extreme or severe weather
  
• Hurricanes, storms or other natural disasters
  
• Abuse, misuse, negligence or vandalism
  
• Improper assembly, installation or storage
  
• Burns, cuts, punctures or contact with foreign objects
  
• Cleaning products, disinfectants, solvents or harsh chemicals
  
• Sunscreen, suntan lotion, body oils or environmental debris
  
• Normal wear, fading or discoloration
  
  Furniture being thrown or placed in a swimming pool
  

During extreme weather, furniture should be securely stored indoors whenever possible. Stackable furniture may also be stacked and positioned in a protected area against a building.
